Send Legally Binding Dropbox Sign eSignatures Directly From Your Laserfiche Repository
- From the repository, the user selects the “Dropbox Sign” or “HelloSign” tab to the right of the document and inputs the email address of the person who needs to sign the document.
- Dropbox Sign sends a copy of the document to the receiver who signs it using Dropbox Sign’s legally binding signature platform.
- Dropbox Sign automatically appends a legally binding signature page to the end of the document. The document with the signature page is saved as a new version in the Laserfiche repository. Users can also route the signed document to a different folder in the repository.
