Accelerated Information Systems (AIS) is seeking a motivated Presales / Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. This is a high-growth, entry-level role designed for candidates who want to build both technical and business skills while working directly with customers and sales leadership.

This position blends presales engineering, solution design, and hands-on configuration. You will not just demonstrate software; you will design and build working solutions that help organizations improve their business processes.

What You’ll Do

Solution Design & Presales Support

  • Meet with prospective customers to understand business processes and requirements
  • Design and build proof-of-concept solutions using Laserfiche and related tools
  • Demonstrate solutions in a clear, engaging way to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Support sales efforts through technical discovery calls, demos, and presentations

Technical Configuration & Development

  • Configure workflows, forms, and document management solutions
  • Set up and manage demo and development environments
  • Simulate integrations using APIs and connectors to reflect real-world use cases
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Sales & Proposal Support

  • Partner with sales team on new opportunities and expansion efforts
  • Provide clear, concise technical responses for proposals and RFPs
  • Assist in scoping solutions and recommending best practices

Training & Enablement

  • Break down technical concepts into easy-to-understand training materials
  • Assist in developing and delivering customer training sessions
  • Support internal knowledge sharing and documentation

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a STEM field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Exposure to scripting or programming (JavaScript, APIs, JSON, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud or SaaS platforms
  • Understanding of business process automation or workflow tools
  • Experience with systems such as Salesforce, Workday, or ERP platforms
  • Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or customer-facing roles
